Planning approval was granted for 24 residential properties within the Grade II Listed Monachus House and rear garden of The Lamb Hotel. Monachus House was sold to a National House Building company whilst retaining the Lamb Hotel building with planning approval for its conversion into part residential and part retail shop was retained. GTS recently submitted a revised application to convert The Lamb Hotel into 6 dwellings and retail shop that is still pending.
